Pros
Good place to learn new technology. There is not a moment when one can sit idle, which is a good sign for learners.
Cons
Present Indian management does not have a long term goal. Current Indian management is destroying this company by shamefully promoting their incapable followers and triggering old faces irrespective of their contribution to this company. Rather than concentrating on business prospect, always after new technology without analyzing whether that is fit for the products. That is why off late people are joining here for a short period, learning new things and leaving within a year or two after realizing the true picture.
