Pros

Working with this company for more than four years. It has been a good experience overall. Any new things to learn and more and more challenging projects have been assigned to me over the past few years. Lot of scope to grow if you are a fast learner and hard worker. Advantage is that it is the only product R&D company in Kolkata. Good incentive structure.

Cons

No negative comments on ARC from my side.
