Good opportunity to share your ideas and work on that People are friendly Good benefits

Cons

Competition between inner team members rather than inter-team. I have seen some of the employees going down just because of that. Not more recognition for work.Entire work is just copy and paste.Nothing new to learn. The thing is. first they suddenly ask to work on a product then take excessive meetings for the progress and then suddenly decide to drop the project.

Pros

No micromanaging. Management resolves issues fairly quickly. You're left alone....a lot. Benefits are ok. Plenty of time to look for other jobs.

Cons

Underpay and undervalue their employees No room for growth Raises are nonexistent. They'll lead you on with promises of an increase for years. Disconnect between west and east coast. What works out there doesn't work on the east coast. Owner/upper management is completely out of touch with majority of the employee base. Tired of hearing how great the company (and ceo) is doing, yet they can't pay a decent wage. As long as Suri's vineyard is doing well, that's all that matters.
