I started working at ARC about a year ago and have been extremely impressed with the support they provide to be successful and could not be happier with the team of people I get to work with and learn from. Everyone is extremely supportive and willing to go the extra mile to help you succeed.

Some people say they like the freedom in their job. If you come to work for ARC be ready for a long leash. There really isn't anything you are restricted from when it means providing soultions to your customers. Many differnt products and solutions. Find your niche and sell with confidence.

Cons

Sometime the above flexibility doesnt' provide the structure that some people are looking for.
