The people are great and fun to work with. You can be yourself. The pay is competitive and the climate is ever evolving. There is a lot of diversity.

Cons

The company is still merging over 200 smaller firms together and is struggling with some basic policies, procedures, and workflows. Most change seems to be driven by the west coast and little input from other areas is accepted, though this seems to be changing.

Been with the company for over 15 years now. I am paid well with yearly salary around 100K. Company has been been fair to me and provides excellent flexibility on working locations.

Cons

Some middle management think they are the king of ARC and treat employees like Dirt.
