Still a lot of negativity from those who tend to be stuck in the past. Some offices are run down and need renovations.

Hierarchy and role has no transparency , It is only based on personal relation. People who obliges are treated better than people who work. The work culture is like an old govt office, many people spend most of their time in gossips than work.
