Opportunities to learn various skills like testing-automation,performance,mobile etc.

Cons

Work Culture is not up to the mark.Management is not good at taking decision. Technologies are older they use. They sack employees frequently even if you are working at 1st half but can be sacked at evening 2nd half of the working day. Your job is risky here. They will call you on every Saturday but it is non working day for them.

Most shops operate well together. Working together like a family. Very loyal to each other and willing to go the extra mile to take care of the customer and deliver a superior product.

Cons

Wages are behind, we need to catch up. A process to correct this are in place and promising.
