Good place to get a feel for the industry and gain some exposure into practices, processes, and technology.

Cons

Upper management don't see the actual impact of some decisions on employees on lower rungs. Might just be at the location I worked with or management I worked under: will hold you back from promotions, trainings, and other opportunities for advancement if it may seemingly threaten their position.
