      Pros

      Relatively flexible schedule accommodations to address daily family life. Benefits are alright, though far from stellar. Ideal job for someone who has little or no ambition, our goals, and would like to skate through a career invisible.

      Cons

      There are a few questionable business practices, essentially in the personnel areas that are alarming. Consider what you enter the company at being what you'd like to be for the rest of your life, because other than a possible lateral, you'll never be noticed. Personsally approaching a decade at the company with no increase in compensation, only responsibilities. The company is divided and confused as to its direction and they let talented people fall through the cracks.

      Pros

      Great local staff, regional was good, national could not get on the same page. Ask lots of questions and listen to the answers closely

      Cons

      Being told to do things one way by one boss the asked by another boss why you are doing it that way. Rinse repeat.

      Pros

      Offering of services they provide to their customers is extensive. People in shops are very nice. Thats all I can think of.

      Cons

      You have to pay a lot into the health plan, even for a large company. Their corporate leadership changes direction too often. It never gives a sales team to get their feet planted and secure sales. Even though they say their comp plans are uncapped, they change it every year to keep reps for making any real money.
