You have the freedom to sell as you see fit. Market your customers, set your appointments, and close business. Management doesn't mircro-manage and there's a lot of trust on the team.

Cons

Lack of direction. The company wants to say "Yes" to everything with no regard for logistics. They have a "we'll find a way to do it" approach which leads to a lot of outsourcing and way to many hands in the pot on some things.
