The diversity of the teams at each location is refreshing. It's a family type environment and employee feedback is actually valued.

Cons

Navigating all the different informational platforms can be hard, although I did just hear about a platform that should have all of our information in one location. Being a national/global company, sometimes it can be difficult to get every region on the same page. States have different regulations, so standardizing can be difficult.

I can not say enough about the people that work at ARC. These people go above and beyond for their customers and are very down to earth and easy to get to know. The company is always looking how they can solve problems and innovate in new ways quickly. The products and services are continually growing more innovative and intelligent as they begin to use new technologies and improve on what came before. Great people are acknowledged and that makes a HUGE difference.

Cons

The industry is very complex and difficult to learn. Sometimes ARC leads before they look and this can cause a bit of chaos. The company can also be loyal to a fault by keeping people around that are not willing to evolve with the company.
