Pros

Steady employment, don’t have to worry about being laid off. Hours for the most part are 8-5, Monday thru Friday.

Cons

Slow pay increases, promises of increases are very slow in coming. It has taken over two years to inact the pay incentives, if in fact they come through, next pay period. No COLA program. Been over 8 years since I’ve seen an increase, while I’ve seen my portion of my heath increase.
