Pros

ARC rewards top performers not only in sales but also in operations and finance. It is one of those companies the empower employees with great ideas. Upper management is very open to new ideas to improve our business. ARC also provides several opportunities for growth, if you're willing to work hard and be a team player more responsibilities will be sent your way.

Cons

The company-wide salary raise structure has improved in my time here, but could still use some improvement on an individual/merit basis.

The HR Department is truly embracing the electronic age by having paperless files. The use of Skysite is a true time saver!

Cons

The cost of benefits for non-corporate employees seems incredibly high. Also, the time off accrual is really not realistic.
