Given Latitude to make decisions on behalf of the company as it relates to renewing MPS Agreements. Wonderful and Supportive MPS Team that assist with addressing & resolving opportunities expeditiously. Overall friendly work environment that shares and implements ideas that are driven towards customer and employee satisfaction.

Cons

Although improvements in benefits have occurred, we still need to work towards the company absorbing more of the costs.
