Make sure to distinguish them and calculate your salary when you're not in a project. - If you come from abroad, make your own survey about French taxation system and do not trust what ALTEN tells you. - Gender and origin discriminations are often. - Even if the customer gives ALTEN a raise for you, you'll most probably receive nothing. - Annual reviews are a waste of time for you, as your progress at work does not concern ALTEN. This agency only cares about you being "corporate". That means: give customer insights, provide them with CVs (actually do their work). - Often rejects training requested by customer. - Some managers cannot speak English.
