      Not good for medior & senior consultants. Pure body shopping

      Pros

      * If you can negotiate with you manager => ok salary * In Belgium: reasonable car fleet * Big client portfolio in different sectors * Masterclass for starters.

      Cons

      * Pure body shopping. As a senior consultant you immediately feel that the offer is not adapted to the need of the client. * Increasing revenue is their top priority, consultants are "billable time machines". * Not a lot of recognition if you perform additional tasks. * They take you away from you current client if this would help them to get a contract with another (bigger) task. This means you leave your current client without delivering. * Management is not afraid to use threats to consultants who don't agree. * Communication non-existant. * You are not a person for them but a product.

      appalling company with lack of professionalism

      Pros

      contract work and exposure to big clients. Perfect for graduates who don't mind not being paid very much

      Cons

      no professionalism from managers, they lie to the clients and the engineers, they charge clients high rates and pay staff low wage because they keep the money for their own commission
