Couldn't have had a worse experience. Micro-management, no freedom to take even the smallest decisions as everything needs to go through an unreasonable list of approvals, managers who don't know how to manage, ridiculously low salaries, strict rules around working hour flexibility and dress code just for the sake of appearances ("fake it till you make it" style, but they never make it), redundancies and lay-offs with made-up feedback and zero transparency, denial of going through a company crisis, inability to retain good employees, business is diminishing rather than growing (with no surprise at all considering the very bad management of literally everything). I could go on and on (and I haven't even started on the senior leadership team), but the bottom line is: joining this company will be a complete waste of your precious time.

Alten doesn't have a plan for the consultants that hiring them, once you receive an offer you will join then they will start searching for a customer for you, and If they don't find a customer they will terminate your contract before completing 6 months depending on your probation period then will try to hire another one with the same profile skill and repeat all the steps again. they don't care about you or about finding another job even if you didn't get any chance to meet any customers, and the reason for them will be the market is down now we are sorry, although they were having the same profile skills they will try to hire another person to get the benefit of the probation period and you can't do anything, they are following the same approach over and over they don't care.
