      This Contract house is garbage

      I would try to think of a few, but they have left such a bad taste in my mouth that there isn't anything good about them

      Cons

      Wages are not competitive compared to other contract houses Never keep in contact with contract employees, at one point wasn't contacted by anyone for over a year Always come up with excuses for why they can not give out raises Always find a way to make something your fault, even when it isn't Feel taken advantaged of because I was hired right out of college and did not know what a decent wage was for the market because of lack of information on it Very greedy people Honestly work for aerotek, these people don't know what they are doing

      friendly colleagues and young team

      Cons

      Ungrateful and unrespectful management. The salary is way below the market, teams are understaffed, working hours are supposely 9 to 6 but not once have I been able to work these hours. Not a problem for your management to ask you something at 7pm. It’s definitely not surprising to see people in the office at 9pm while starting at 8am. Everyone is under pressure and work is disorganized.

      Good learning Good opportunities for people with minimum experience Good environment in head office and staff environment

      Cons

      Working hours Lots of responsibility without much guidance Very low salary tied to a bonus that isn’t guaranteed Treatment of people on a visa is poor Seen as a number rather than a person French management style Limited progression if you don’t follow the unwritten rules, outlibed by your 'coach' or senior manager / director. Will be put on a pip when they need to go though or redundancy plan, an excuse to fire people without cause by giving them unrealistic targets.
