      Terrible company, amateurish level

      Pros

      The only good thing is that you could get a good experience on your CV not because of them but because of their customers. Company to avoid unless you are starting or you want to have a good work experience for a limited time.

      Cons

      The company is totally unorganised, from the top to the bottom. As other reviews say: managers make promises and do not keep them (you are just treated like a number) and their administrative and HR departments are totally messed up. I experienced unacceptable things.

      Pros

      You can pay the bills and get to have real companies as Customer. You can speak with your Management without hierarchy barriers.

      Cons

      No salary increase year after year. No professional growth or specialization, you will be producing office reports all day long. You get paid 1/3 of what they get of you from the customer. No other worthy company will like to hire you if you have Alten in your CV.

      Very good private health insurance scheme

      Cons

      Promising salary with additional "expense", and claiming it is your salary until you see your contract. This is also a legal gray area Promising customers with experienced engineers only to make no effort to keep them and opening the flood gates on graduates with 0 experience These are the most critical cons I will list. For rest of them, please refer to all other comment. They are all TRUE.
