      Pros

      There are a few capable business managers, truly getting the right people in the right places. They hire people even when they have little experience and try to find possibilities. Contact between consultant and business manager is often en friendly. Almost always very good preparation for meetings with the client.

      Cons

      If no project is found for you, they will fire you sooner than later, even if it isn't your fault (business managers that fail to find the right project, alten presenting multiple consultants for the same project, with large difference in experience,...) Some less than capable business managers.

      Pros

      good company to start work experience and fit into high-level contexts in engineering in the UK. Company with many dynamic and young engineers.

      Cons

      low-level activity, where there is no 'growth prospects. It not acquired a role of responsibility, but only of customer support, which may be fine for a recent graduate to enter the world of work, but not for someone who already has years of experience.
