Pros

Semi-Comfortable chairs, enjoyable environment. Its employment I guess.

Cons

Lack of proper training. Heavily reliant on a system that requires people to train each other for the sake of meeting KPI's. many of the trainers are great and knowledgeable and some trainings area exceptionally childish.
