Pros

Ideally located and therefore ease of accesibility from closest Highway, Among the Top ranked employers Access to iLearn and Alstom University for improvement and growth Management that can be understanding and workable with. The company listens and adapts.

Cons

Like anywhere else, a few bad actors can negatively affect the overall experience, which doesn't mean that anything is wrong with Alstom. Leadership is lacking in the overall picture of guiding and motivating the employees to align with its mission and vision. (Apart from it Alstom is achieving its targets.) which can make something exciting as building People Movers to as just a mundane job for most employees. In doing so the company is absolving itself from reaching greatness.
