      Pros

      People are normal, friendly, very helpful and authentic. Lots of opportunities to learn and network across the global business. Diversity across the business and ethics around their suppliers are strong.

      Global business so some systems need working on, project delivery based business so can be very hands on and fast paced.

      - Good work life balance, rarely required to work overtime / weekends unless its required for your project - Other Employees that works there are great people, with many of them working there for many years with huge amounts of experience - Very Good Company Car Scheme - Private Medical Care

      Cons

      - Its extremely hard to be promoted. Most will not be promoted unless they threaten to leave - As a PM you are required to cover more than the ordinary PM role requiring you to understand and communicate a lot of technical knowledge about their products - As a PM your always micro managing as many departments are overloaded with work - some of the best staff are the contractors there, however they are now been removed from the company, which means less competent and will staff remain - Communication between departments and projects is poor
