Exposure to many different type of industrial projects. Plenty of travelling around the world. Great community of colleagues from many different countries.

Cons

Too many transversal links diluting responsibilities. Lack of true leadership with long term vision on this site. A recent lack of Quality in some of the products manufactured.

Pros

International Footprint and a controlled pace for growth and a true sense of stability which cannot be found in many French or American companies today (post 2008 crisis)

Cons

A company that is more political than it needs to be and that for this reason moves very slowly. The dicision making process can take time. Regarding other cons...nothing special in comparison with other multinationals.
