      There are some great people in the company, although a lot of them have left. The company offers experience of politics and strategy in one of the largest french companies

      Cons

      Toxic leadership and management. Management "bubble" disconnected from people and reality. Very bad HR management. Powerless HR. "Friendship" more rewarded than professionalism and competence. Excessively abnormal long working hours. Significant understaffing to face the work structure. It leads to general internal clients discontent , which jeopardizes interpersonal relationship and puts company at legal risk.
