Pros

As a new recruit for less than a year, I'm convinced I'll be with Alstom for at least a few years. Many positive points on the fly: team spirit, autonomous working, initiatives appreciated by management, flexible working hours, good training program, etc...

Cons

It's easier to note the negative points: Not very dynamic atmosphere for young people, decent salary and raises, but not incredible compared to other companies, positions of responsibility don't get enough recognition despite hard work.
