Pros

The power industry is a challenging and demanding business but offers a wide range of opportunities. For open minded people who like working in an international, complex organization Alstom is a good place to work.

Cons

The French bureaucracy, no empowerment and lack of discipline are hassle but once you are over it, and understand how the processes in particular network and personal relationship work, you are able to be successful. But it is a long way down the road.
