      Pros

      1) good opportunity to go abroad and if lucky, get a chance to settle there. 2) no work pressure as compare to other companies. 3) good bonus to all employee even at the time when the company does not have any project. 4) good company for managers

      Cons

      1) Limited learning 2) not a good company for person who have experience 0-6 yrs.

      Learn something new everyday including how not to manage people

      Pros

      The work is interesting and you learn something new everyday. The job is enjoyable for me at least. Wide range of production jobs for wide range of skills ranging from basic inventory/ cleaning to highly technical . Most production areas have lots and lots of overtime if that's your thing.

      Cons

      The French can't run a company to save their country (why they sold to GE). Management style is horrible in some areas. Copies the French style of micro management with multiple people to report to. Never sure who is the one that should make a decision. Most production areas have lots and lots of overtime if that's your thing.

      Great People, Timely training as and when required, No communication barriers, management support, well balanced work & personal life. Would like to join again if opportunity comes.....

      Cons

      --- Need to be more flexible on internal mobility to allow people cross culture in non technical or support staff roles also.
