Good Scope to utilise your experience in different field . On site opportunity. Well paid . Best part to work in Engineering.

Nothing More , But still can improve in employee engagement. Skill development program . Fun at work. Improve planning and project management.

Pros

Since GE sold to Alstom it’s been bad.

Cons

Poor salary, management is not trustworthy, they use the golden group of 6 (friends are hired - not friends are fired or let go). You are expected to know the entire company so you hey can put you in a spot. Discriminate.
