Pros

Great benefits, international atmosphere in the office, sometimes good training opportunities, very easy to move up if you're talented.

Cons

Highly siloed, most job stress is due to unnecessary internal friction. Very inconsistent and counter productive application of process (system D).

Below average pay for duties performed, 150+days of travel/year, amount paid to general labor resulted in lower quality workers which were more difficult to manage on a continuous basis.

Pros

Great people. Competitive compensation and benefits. Emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility. Promotion from within.

Cons

Large company processes and politics. Movement towards centralized management takes decisions away from the "boots on the ground" and policies often disconnected from practicality.
