      Pros

      Excellent Work-life balance - Flexible Hours, Sufficient Leaves, Employee welfare programs Sufficient time for Self-development (You have to work out yourself) If you can get recognized as a valuable asset, then everything will fall in your favor. Lots of opportunities to work on Site, both in India and abroad

      Cons

      Lack of Challenges - Some teams in some projects might lack any challenging opportunity to learn or grow. Possibility of stagnancy - There are dead-end positions/roles, from which it might be difficult to come out of. Performance is calculated based on some distant 'Management terminology' and not on Actual quality and efficiency of work.
