Pros

As working with 29 units worldwide under function of industry excellence and quality, my team was great. I worked in La Defense - the HQ of Alstom Grid, very international and open-minded working enviroment. It also provides different employeement benefits such as trainings, ect.

Cons

I found the company lack of change and dynamism, repeat same process and same working content for years. No optimization/change in the customer satisfaction surveys and indicators which have been lasting for years and maybe are no longer suitable to the business

Pros

Lots of challenges - technical and business. Personally rewarding

Cons

Extremely hierarchical/ patriarchal culture, local management is very dependent on orders from parent company in France. Lack of training, no walk the talk especially on work life balance.
