      ALSTOM is a global company with interest in all type of markets, such boiler, turbines, trains, etc.

      Pros

      ALSTOM is centrally located in downtown area with free parking. The atmosphere at the company was feriendly with hard-working employees.

      Cons

      Due to economic downturn in the markplace, ALSTOM had to lay-off employees. Some of the employees was close to retirement and other employees was not close to retirement, which made it difficult for some. The rollcoaster ride is not good in these economic times for finnding employment and building a steady income for a family.

      Pros

      Motivated people, good location in Baden.

      Cons

      Annual salary increases are ridiculously low, you have to count with max 1% max. Very difficult to grow quickly, poor business processes, slowly going.
