Below any expectations

Pros

Nobody will try to convince to stay, or force you to stay when you finally get another offer somewhere else

Cons

No career development nor professional recognition unless you are a male, German native, brown-noser. Very few opportunities of learning, you have to fight for it as well as for getting tasks. Narrow mindset and arrogance are spread everywhere. Any negative, toxic, unproductive behavior will not be rebuked.
