" The Worst place ever I have worked " " No safety for employees in many cases "
Pros
1. Company has many number of project due to its less price ( Less price due to Lack of technology development inside the organisation )
Cons
1. No Define process to work 2. Working hours maintained is very worst (During my tenure I have seen people working almost 18-20 Hrs a day with no extra benefits even I myself worked for more than 16hrs a day for Almost a month with no leaves / OT benefit) 3. No ownership on the task everybody blames other and finally no one care about the production (Mind voice please stop the production.) 4. Even if you don't have work you will be asked to come in night shifts of no use 5. No proper food being served (2 yrs i have been tasting the food ) Either you will get ulcer or some gastric problem if you have the food at canteen. 6. Worst management who never care about their employees health at all. 7. No growth in the organisation. 8. They have so called bloody Ethics but they will not follow that, if you trust any of the management team you will be cheated. 9. Last but not least if you have a family please forget them " Irrespective of either natural calamity / public issues no matters what you will be asked to come to office to work 24/6)
