Pros
Pay is about average in the industry. Potential for great hands-on experience. Opportunity to work around the world. Opportunity to work every waking hour if you want to do that ($). Some good people to work with (some terrible too).
Cons
Terrible organization between working groups. Very bad management teams. Willingness to be black-listed by major clients in order to sue for $ they should not be owed. Attempts by HR to avoid payment for banked hours due to non-existant tracking.
