Pros

pay is above minimum wage and London living wage.

Cons

Signed up to a 25 hour contract on a fully flex basis so would be available for any shift day or night week or weekend however unless you become a deputy manager you're unlikely to get more than 35 hours a week and there is a stipulation in the contract that makes it almost impossible to get more than 40 hours a week.
