Pros

Great Pay and Benefits. A chance to run your district with a lot of freedom. Ability to set your own schedule. Learn inside and out of a retail business.

Cons

Many things out of your control that you are held responsible. Sometimes issues come from upper management and also from your employees. Can be frustrating.

Pros

Aldi pays you well. Aldi has great benefits. Aldi considers full time to be only 20 hours to carry benefits.

Cons

Some weeks you may not have any hours. You work by yourself a lot. They tell you you will have at least 20 hours a week but then later say you have to average 20 and not necessary at your store.

Pros

Lots of autonomy, freedom to write your own schedule, company car, ability to make major decisions on your own, managing millions of dollars in sales and assets, excellent promotion opportunities.

Cons

Can be super stressful at times. Some weeks can be very long hours, but others are shorter. Overall the pros far outweigh the cons.
