Great pay, amazing benefits, great workout, and understanding higher ups. I am currently a shift manager at aldi in coral springs, fl. I was hurt at work and sprained my knee and the company paid for everything. they werent pestering me when i would be available to work again. they were more worried about how i was feeling and how the physical therapy was coming along. they care. to everyone that has ever made a bad review about aldi, you either pissed in someone's cherrios or you were just a terrible employee. this company takes care of their employees,

Long shifts or no shifts (varies), not enough breaktime - especially if you're there for 13 hours, physically draining, manipulative management, no opportunity for improvement/advancement for cashiers/shift managers, must be able to move extremely quickly, lots of opportunities to hurt yourself on the job, consistent need of workers who are in competition with themselves, nothing is ever good enough for these people.
