-Work life balance -Decent compensation -Good training -Great health benefits

Cons

-Hierarchical -6 years to be fully vested in 401k -Micromanagement -No work from home option. The phrase "work from home" is not allowed to mention by the management -Cannot write an reply email say "thank you" -Lack diversity in upper management
