Pros

Awesome PTO policy (starts with 2 days per month) + 9 paid holidays, great work/life balance, really wonderful colleagues, and, depending on the group, great management.

Cons

NO job security right now. Depending on the group, terrible management. Poor communication. Continually lay-offs with no raises for people taking on the extra work. People are disposable, despite what exec leadership says. Low salary compared to other industries.

Pros

Good co-workers. Employees genuinely care to do the right things to help the organization grow.

Cons

Undue influence from activist investors pressure management to make short term decisions not in alignment with Company's long term vision or employees' interest.

Pros

Good benefit package, flexible work hours. Good co-workers.

Cons

Changing directions rapidly, even the direct managers have no clues. Bad management. Used to be a very good company but went downhill after Peter Hancock took over.
