Being a large company there are a lot of options for specialization Benefits are as expected

Cons

Never know when you might get laid off. It is an axe constantly over your head. Upper management resists change in every facet of the company.

Pros

The potential to learn more in your area of expertise is there. If everyone didn't hate their job so much, and managers were better trained, there could be a potential for a real powerhouse of a company.

Cons

Managers won't properly train you. Some offices are located in Jersey specifically to avoid having to give employees a lunch break. Long commute. Recent layoffs are demoralizing. Everyone hates their job, and the environment is depressing.
