Pros

Great benefits, competitive salaries and flexible work-life balance. Well-intentioned staff led by incompetent management in a mixed up too big to manage (and succeed) environment.

Cons

Change in CEOs are routine. The current one is a conceptual talker that is unable to put his actions where his mouth is. The only way he can make the numbers tread water is firing people and buying back stock. No real vision. Morale is terrible

The most messed up company I have ever worked for

Pros

The people are great. The benefits are good.

Cons

The company doesn't care about the people. The inner workings are so messed up no one knows what they are doing most of the time and there is no ability to make decisions. They do not give cost of living raises. What you hire in at is all you will ever make. Bonuses are good for executives but not for the workers.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good. Salaries can be good if you negotiate upfront.

Cons

Re-org every few months. Cut all funding to projects. They let go and promote people that don't deserve it. Moral is very low.
