      Good people beginning to learn to work together Large scale and diverse businesses provide interesting opportunities to develop a career without leaving the company Ability to hard workers to make a difference and gain responsibility Competitive compensation for high achievers Chance to participate in the reemergence of a company

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with the third party administrators, Loved working with the people there and being a part of the team. Excellent at cross training, and helping you exceed.

      Cons

      Company hit financial trouble in 2009 and was not a stable company to work for. Chartis used to be American International Group. Had to change its name to proceed forward.
