Team Leads are more concerned with their metrics than actual job performance. Tons of mediocrity within the "leadership" roles.

Pros

They offer good starting pay. But after that, bonus's are small or non existent.

Cons

Employee evaluations are based on round table discussions. The rating percentages are predetermined by the company. So even if all employees within a group are solid performers a certain percentage are forced into a "developmental" rating meaning they only sometimes meet their goals. Also, they claim this is more transparent, but they will not tell you who your peers are.
