Pros

Ability to maneuver around the company. There are so many different avenues and directions in which you can take your career.

Cons

Increasingly high targets that must be met year after year. You sometimes feel as though you are in a meat grinder. No matter how well last month was, you're expected to grow it exponentially the following month. And this never stops.

Great P&L managers, 5 stars had the non profit center management been at all of use.

Cons

Too many cost center managers of little skill have ear of senior management. Far too many & unnecessary initiatives, these distract employees from production & profit matters. Too little use of technical experienced staff in trtaining new staff.
