Pros

Not too much unpaid overtime, generous PTO, decent retirement plan, nice cubicles and hardware/software is up to date

Cons

Focuses on short term incentives, which means HR/managers will get bonuses based on saving on salaries for new hires, not performance or retention, how stupid and short-sighted can you get? Salary has been frozen for a few years, even though the company is supposedly doing very much better in the past few years. Did I mention the salary is very low?

Pros

Good opportunity to work with smart people; work can be very complex and interesting

Cons

Pay and performance process unfair, especially to incumbents. Long hours, little work/life balance

Pros

The weekdays duties and tasks were divided as per a set schedule, but there were some slight variations sometimes, depending on various factors, as they arose.

Cons

Although the daily tasks were practically the same every week, there was never a dull moment, since the figures and accounts varied, as well as the clients, bringing along some kind of fun suspension
