The work life balance can sometimes be good and there are many job opportunities with all idiots that work here

Cons

People you will work with will not want to do any work and will try to get you to complete others projects which have nothing to do with your role. If you show yourself capable they will ask you to do everything

I like the company because its a huge company. I've worked for mostly small startups and have found myself getting stuck. in this company there is definitely room for career growth. The work environment is laid back and i have the opportunity to ework so i;m satisfied.

Company could focus on developing potential leaders more.
