You are charged with a lot of responsibility early and often Great Benefits New Job Grading structure pretty transparent Good access to management Exciting changes happening

Cons

New culture is still developing, can be confusing and frustrating at times, some management slow to change. Very bureaucratic Changes often not communicated well Systems need serious updating. New system implementations have been poorly executed. This is a leading global financial services firm, and we need systems to reflect that. Channel conflicts can still be an issue at times.

Work from home opportunity. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Management in the DBA unit operate as a high school clique that only benefits each other. There are no minority's or people of color in any Management, Sr Examiner or Leadership position in the Global Claims department. Career growth opportunity and bonus are given based on popularity, physical appearance and social club status. The same "pack" of managers came to AIG from a previous company. Work from home opportunity is unfairly used. They lookout for their own.
