      Work here temporary only if unemployed and desperate for income

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. They treat you like garbage. I worked there 13 years and resigned but if you work there long enough you will get let go or fired so they can replace you with lower paid replacement. Top heavy with management. Has recently cut employees pensions who were vested. Absolutely horrible place to work. Work here only temporary if unemployed and desperate for income or you are looking to be stressed out to the max and want to have a stroke.

      Work life balance, nothing interesting you can for find here, the company using desktop with two big monitor in this 2016 world. Which hanged a lot. Poor IT again from genpact

      Cons

      Poor company for professional, does not have learning at all, Genpact management are very poor, BPO operations does not feel about captive. Too many manual work lack of software.

      Pros

      When I started at AIG, the morale seemed high, and there was a friendliness in the organization. It seemed that the AIG culture was quite positive.

      Cons

      There have been a huge number of layoffs and company restructuring, innovative projects that could have made the company money have been shut down because they may be too unorthodox, etc. Lots on territorial suspicion going on now, and everyone is nervous about the next round of layoffs.
